    It will be a crime if they don't have the Psycho mansion for their town.

    Actually... that would be a pretty cool idea for a horror fan who also has a model railroad... make the different areas of the railroad town look like places from horror movies, like Texas Chainsaw, Bates motel, Michael Meyer's house, El Street, and a sign directing you out of town for the Friday the 13th Campgrounds.
